At Youth Connect C.I.C., we are passionate about creating opportunities for young people to thrive, regardless of the challenges they face. We specialise in engaging young people who are often described as “hard to reach” – those who may not respond to traditional interventions and are at increased risk of disengagement from education, exclusion, exploitation, poor mental health and other long-term negative outcomes.
With over a decade of experience working across youth services, education, community settings and early intervention programmes, our team brings extensive knowledge, practical expertise, and a genuine commitment to supporting young people to achieve positive change.
Our work combines proven approaches from youth work, mentoring, behaviour support and personal development to deliver interventions that are both credible to young people and effective in achieving meaningful outcomes. We meet young people where they are, helping them develop resilience, confidence, life skills and aspirations for the future.
Beyond targeted support programmes, Youth Connect C.I.C. is deeply rooted in the communities we serve. We deliver outreach work directly within local neighbourhoods, connecting with young people in the places where they feel most comfortable and supported. Through community engagement, detached youth work, and partnership working, we build positive relationships and create pathways into support before challenges escalate.
We also organise and deliver a wide range of inclusive community activities and events in local spaces for young people, families, and residents to enjoy. These activities promote wellbeing, social connection, community cohesion, and positive participation, helping to create stronger, safer, and more connected communities.
